Also, ballista research is completing as this down time is happening. This means:

1. I will have ballista research ready upon servers working again
2. I will have had enough time to replenish resources fully for my mass building of ballistas
3. I will have enough ballistas to pwn some of you immediately
4. I have discovered that targeting the warehouse and or farm with the ballistas really upsets people
5. Its going to be funny.
