Exactly how are pints earned? Do kill points count or just buildings and conquests? How many points for each building?

I'm guessing that your counting it as a hollow victory as you wern't good enough to play in the best and original world 1 it's named world 1 not only due to the fact it's the first but also the best world with the best players in !! I'd like to have a few comps to spice things up !!
