ALL prizes and medals should be handed out now. For real this time, no foolies.

If you don't see your prize be sure you are looking on the correct world, they are tied to the one you won them in.

For speedups the main way to see if you received those is to hit the speedup button next to a building that is upgrading. From there it will tell you how many of each type you owned. It will also say "Apply One" instead of it saying "Buy & Apply".

If after all that you still don't think you received your prize be sure to contact the support team.
