Troop migration

It is very intuitive to create units in one city and send them to be located in another. Not like "support", but permanently (like resources). Farm will be freed in the source and used in the destination of course.

that would mean you could max out troop production in one city and max farms in the others (or some convenient ratio 1:5 maybe), then just migrate troops around, would be a huge benefit to larger players compared to smaller
