Time for resources in hours

I suggest besides having it just say resourses avail at 0600 and its 0300 server time it would be nice to see how many actual hours and minutes for resources to become avalable in real time.

Examples

0300 (3 hours 0 min)
0315 (2 hours 45 min)
0500 (1 hour 0 min)

Agree. Since valor time is way off my time zone its annoying. Three hours is always three hours no matter of time zone though.
Shouldnt really be a problem to implemend either.
