Nuke your own city

Part of war tactics is to be able to prevent your city falls in hands of the enemy. The russians used it often. Would be nice to have an option to produce some serius damage to your own cities, so enemies will actually need to work on it to use

Other benefit is to avoid the Cascading effect of big players, and give smaller players a chance.

Terrible idea, nobody wants to capture small cities. The reason players are small is because they don't take big enough cities. Why should somebody have thousands of troops killed attacking a 40k city when somebody can use a tenth of the troops to take a small city and they are equal once the 40k city is nuked right before its about to be conquered

Because is a war game, not a collectors game. That happens in real life, and in real life big kingdoms are also difficut to defend. In valor once you are Over a critical mass, it becomes a mechanical collection of cities. Over 100 cities, nobody attacks you anymore, that is why all postplayers get bored and leave.

Making it more dificult to expand. And making more dificult as bigger you get makes it interesting. You could keep playing the same world for the longest time.

Also anoying is inactive players leaving the cities to their guild mates. Again no competition herr

Your still going to have the same indifference between the good and bad players, just delaying the inevitable . You want this game to basically turn into whoever is the best at building cities fast

What about all the citizens? You don't just destroy a city because you can't keep control of it?

Russia might have done it, but I don't want everyone doing the same thing. It's like fighting for booby trapped gems. If every gem is booby trapped, who'd ever make an effort.

And why would large players reduce their own cities to zero, they'd drop from the leader boards.

Like anything, destruction takes time and resources.

Maybe you'd have time to destroy some buildings, but for a fully built city there would still be quite a bit there.
