This feedback is not about removing or adjusting the character limit count on private messages (although it would be nice if it was higher.) Instead, I would like to see two usability issues addressed:
- I would like to know how many characters I am currently at when I am typing my message so I can trim the message down before submitting it. This is a minor usability issue, but would make life a lot easier.
- After I send a message that is over 900 characters, I am warned about exceeding the limit and then I am taken back to the inbox and my message is gone. This is a major usability issue. I've lost too many messages from this and it's extremely frustrating.
