Scholarships

I would really like a way to make scholarships from multiple cities at once. Like auroras blessing for making troops in multiple cities.
I have over 800 cities and going to each one to make scholarships is a real pain in the, you know what.
If there is already a way to do this and I have just missed it please let me know.
If not, please please make there be a way. Thanks

No there isn't. I've mentioned this before but they are not keen on helping people save a bit of time.

Guys im no moderator but i may aswell be. We can not make everything just a piece of cake. We can not take the time out of it, that will make the game not as powerful and good. We need our players to be willing to use some of their time to get those well needed scholerships if you know what im mean.
