Use all cities scholarship buy button

Plz add a use all cities resources to buy scholarships so you don't have to visit each city indivually.

Would be even better to go through the portal and checking all cities you would like to do this.
Just like in our email where we can check multiple messages and delete it, we could check multiple cities and buy the scholarships ...
