On the market screen, when you are either setting up offers or looking at others offers, the list of offers will be separated into two categories.
"Guild Only" and "Worldwide"
It'll be better to trade with allies than with probable enemies, and this will make it a whole lot easier.
On setting up offers, there'll be a check box with the caption of "Guild Only". If left unmarked, the offer on default will be set up for "Worldwide" shipment.

Guild Only Market Option
You seem to be providing some interesting suggestions recently.
This seems like a simpler suggestion than most. An interesting preposition however is that it will politicize the market place.
I cannot speak for PlayMesh and their intentions in relation to the purpose of the market place and whether they would like to politicize it.
If this option were installed it could reduce the amount of people using it. On the counter, its current iteration encourages people to not use it at all, instead resorting to the guild forums.
I will however add this suggestion to the growing "community suggestion" list.
