Oceans and warships

When do we get oceans with warships in a world? That would be really cool.

Folks, could please post what you would like to see in such an environment?
e.g. pirates, canons, entering etc.

Maybe over time. There are a lot of things you could do with oceans. It could get confusing but it would be cool.
