Building troops from the troops overview

It would increase efficiency dramatically if you would have the ability to build troops from the troop overview. Eg by clicking on the respective icon of the troop element.
This should apply as well to scholars.

Explanation: when building troops for a city you dont have a visibility about the current support forces in a city and how many scholars you have. Your decision about which troops to build maybe dependant on that information.
