Mail organization

Can you make the email organization more sophisticated? When owning even a few cities the mail becomes a jumbled mess because of all the scout reports, farming reports, sending resource reports, receiving resource reports, merchant reports, and so forth. I would like a folder for each individual city so that it contains mail pertaining only to that city. I saw the option to view only specific reports at a time, but I'd like to view by city. Even if I have to create each folder myself and then add the reports to its city's folder, that option is better than the current one. Just give me the ability to better organize my reports and mail, create new folders, and mark things to view again later and I will do it myself.
