But no, I am okay with the price of gold to keep the gameplay fair between veterans and noobs.

So here is a tip though. How about doing like a sale on the first of every month. And you get 10-20% more per purchase.

Prices stays the same and stays fair. Listen, if you do your market research, people have the tendency to buy when they are getting more on their purchase. Like getting a 10-pack Duracell battery than an 8-pack.
