Ranking

Hi
I would like to suggest to add a new system for rankin in addition to what exist . A ranking by development to be based on the total point and number of cities ( total point /number of cities = the most developed user) ofcourse the highest score will not exceed 43399.
Kindly put my suggestion in ur consideration

Also, ranking should include troops not just buildings.
