Collecting quest rewards

Let me be able to collect the rewards from different quests to different cities. I can already collect a total reward from any particular city. If I'm awarded 3,000 of each resource for a quest let me collect some for 1 city and some for another city as I see fit. Unless that is a gold privilege. If it is, then never mind.
