Cancel swding resources

If you are sending resources (not trading) to another village, you should have a similar grace period to cancel the shipment like you do when attacking a village. I just lost a few hours worth of resources bc I accidentally clicked on the neighboring village and was too fast on my clicks to check which village I was sending to bc I thought it was my own.
