Gifting Allies

Gifting Allies

You should be able to gift cities and other things like gold to guild members. If you are deciding to leave the game for instance you should be able to give your cities to guild mates, it could still require a scholar or maybe just a certain amount of resources spent.

I agree, and also be able to give your allies troops as you would resources.
