One shd be able to transfer troops or scholars to another city in the same guilds long as there is capacity in that city. This is more realistic. One cld slow transport by 25% when transferring because they re actually moving and not visiting. Please consider this!

I'd like this idea. But some may disagree with this because you could move scholars closer to cities you want to capture. Making it tougher to defend against it. I wouldn't mind though. I hope they do this =)
