View Regional Rankings

I would like to be able to check the rankings in other regions than my own.
Being on a border, where the majority of my guild is in the neighboring region, it's tough to track down outside threats and new recruits for guilds.

We are currently discussion some additional ways to see rankings. Being able to choose which region to see would be a great idea.
