Portal city ordering

It is something small but gets on my nerves. In the portal you can't switch the order of the cities. It is stuck by alphabetical order. I would like to be able to switch the order that they are in. Yaya I know you can change the name but not for free. This would be nice because when taking a city that might be more developed then previous cities acquired you wouldn't have to mess up your whole naming convention that players have

Therefore I name them as XXX-01, XXX-02 etc, in the order of capture

An easier implementation can be to add the ability to sort the city by name or points.

Or let us change the names without it costing GOLD. Thats a terrible customer experience.

I'd like a criteria filtering based portal
For example:
* List cities with a scholar
* List cities with maxed warehouse
* List cities that are idle
* List cities in R20
* List cities that have support
* List cities nearest to this point
* List cities nearest to this player
Etc.

Yes this would be a great addition. What I do now is:
R23 cities don't have any special thing
R13 cities have a ~ in front
R24,32,33,and 43 cities have a bullet point in front
Also R33 cities have emoji in front.
