Let allied guilds reinforce ech other

As long as guilds have each other set as allies hey can send each other reinforcements. Right now it is kind of silly that neighboring "allies" can't help defend each other.

I think we should take it further and make it so we can attack or support whoever we want

I am all for the idea to support our allies!!!! This has been a long awaiting update.
