Error msg

"oof! Please try again. If the problem continues, please contact us". I keep getting this MSG almost every time I try to do something on Valor.

I never got this message but try this:
1.reconnect your wifi/internet
2.close valor (main menu and double tap main button, then hold on valor icon and delete) after that reopen valor
3.switch your device off and on
4.reinstall valor

Ofcourse if any of these work dont go onto the next step
