As far as I know this doesn't exist. I'd love it if there was a button on scout reports to load troop info into the simulator for easy battle simulation. Players set the troop levels if it is unknown, and info like wall level fills in if it is shown in the report.

The ability to load reports into simulator comes with purchasing Aurora's Blessing
