I would like to be able to check- in on my cities and like set troups to train and que buildings wile offline, in this mode you cant att/def any1 or make trades cuz that requirs interactions with other ppl, but i h8 when im on the road a hour away from home and i get notafied that my workers are done but i cant start em on a new project..,.

But what if you get captured??? It needs to be online to know that

The whole game requires the Internet to play: it is a server based game

I think what Seabass means is like a Valor Express.

Sparce visuals, just big buttons that cycles through your cities and big buttons for queuing things.

Though, its safer to let a passenger to work it than for you to do it while driving. Unless it is voice activated.
