Disband troops

I think that the ability to disband troops would be usefull

Agreed, although you can also ways send them on a suicide mission, disband is more "humane"

But they always come back from suicide missions. They just refuse to die!!!

I agree, the only way they die is if i send them towards 30k city...
Which ofcourse starts a guild war
