Selling cities

I am on a roll today!!! This has to be an original idea. We should be able to sell our cities for gold or resources (depends on what the 2 players agree apon) to other players in the market because in real life not everything is taken by force. Might give players an incentive to buy gold too :)

Also you should be able to just give guild members controll/ownership of your cities for free if you need to leave for a while or are completely leaving the game. This would eliminate the annoying process of taking over your own guild members cities.

Im not fond of this. We are trying to make players give up by making them start over. It be annoying if you just cleared a heavily supported city, and they instantly get a max city in the middle of a dominated hostile region.

when you sell a city All the stats like troop count and loyalty would be the same as when you sold it. The only thing that would change is the name of the player in charge of the city. I guess you would be selling not only your city but the troops and resources inside.

Your progress in taking a city wouldn't Change if it was sold.

Please reread my post. My argument wasn't concerning the city under attack itself, it was concerning the player.

If a player can buy cities or receive them for free, our progress in eliminating the player would be hampered.

I do support the idea of giving up ownership of a city to another person.vbut like what others say it might be a hindrance too. Maybe there could be like a time limit of like perhaps a week before you can give another city after giving one up. This would also apply to the receiver, where he cannot send one out.
