Slow Gameplay

Trying to play with 91 cities and the slow gameplay which is the result of the last update is driving me crazy. I followed the instructions to fix it, twice!. No effect. Moving from city to city now results in a five second delay whilst the data loads. Who has the time for that?!. Any suggestions on how to cure this as I am about to abandon this game.

Patience is the only cure. Ive been using it for 18 months. This game was working The best it ever has for me before this new update, kinda ****ed now that it's running soo slow. Feeling ya pain.
