Upgradeable aceadmy

I was in valor this morning looking at my academy when I realized its the only building that's not upgradeable. I think the academy should be upgradeable as well, the upgrades should be up to level 10 but each upgrade takes like 1.5% off the production time. I also think each upgrade should allow for production of scholars to use less resources like maybe 1000 resources a building level and an upgrade to scholar power to allow cities to be taken with fewer scholars if the player upgrades their scholars through the forge.

The Rally Point is not upgradable either.

Increasing units stats should be by research, not the level of the building. Though, the building level can be a requirement.

If you keep the research points the same, there'll be greater variety of city strengths and weaknesses.

Tooltip your right for stats, upgrades to the scholar that should be researched, but production speed is based the building's level. Research distribution points should stay the same but more scholar upgrades available to to allow more variety into valor. I think the scholar upgrade should require a level 20 forge, a level 27 city hall, a level 20 barracks, and 25,000 of each resource.
