Idea for fortune wheel

What about making the fortune wheel a building that could be upgraded so that it would scale better as a world progresses?

Spitballing here:
Lvl 0->1 2k of each resource cost, gives what it gives now.
Lvl 1->2 200k of each resource cost - gives 5x current resource values, no change to the speed up or amulet.
Lvl 2->3 300k of each resource cost - gives 2x the previous lvl resource values (10x original), speed up given is 1 hour, no change to amulet given.
Lvl 3->4 400k of each resource cost - gives 1.5x previous level resource values (15x original), speed up is unchanged, 3 amulets bonus (vs 2 currently)
Lvl 4->5 (max) 500k each resource cost - gives 20x original resources, speed up is 2.5, amulet given stays at 3.

This building would have to be upgraded in the city you intend to use the amulet in (barbs have lvl 0). Sorry if something like this has been suggested before. Seems to me an easy way to scale it and also a great way for Playmesh to possibly make more money as it would actually be worth buying amulets.
What do you guys think?

Having some sort of upgrade system would be pretty nifty for the wheel of fortune.

Great idea - have not used Wheel of Fortune since I had only 4-5 cities. Its waste of time. So please make some changes.

This would be a great addition. Either upgrade the building or just increase the prize values as the player's point total progresses. Getting a 15 minutes speed-up when I'm doing a 5 hour upgrade on the Forge doesn't feel like much of a prize.

I always save them up for when I'm rebuilding a wall in a newly conquered city. Brings it up to 10 pretty quick.

Add a 0 100(0) 1000(0) 10000(0) at the end of each resource prize and allow us to save up the resourse prizes so when we need a little or a lot of a specific resourse we can use it then

And not necessarily resources.
Speedups, instant spy "cards", a small amount fo gold (like 5 would be good), truce "cards" ect...
