There is too much sim city building going on in this game. Barb cities should not grow since they don't build troops and don't attack. Too many players just build a massive amount of clusters and don't conquer real players. And cut down on the amount of barb cities that are in th game.

Yep. I have a half dozen of those in my guild. They go after barb cities, but won't go after an enemy player city. Have to keep them around, too. Can't kick them either, because then they become targets for guilds seeking a foothold in the Region. Oh, well, they're nice for the guild points.

Barbarian cities grow really slowly. The larger ones that are being conquered by players are typically from players who built up a bit and then abandoned the world. If you don't like players who aren't really attacking other players, attack them yourself. Players like that can be great sources or resources.

Yea, and plus i've run out enemy cities near my region, and thank valor that i still find a decent 30k barb near me!
