Command of Support Troops

I am going to echo what some others have said about being able to use troops sent to you for support. If I were a city in need of support, and my sister city sent 100 guards to help, would those guards be confined to the city walls? My answer: Neesh. Why not let us command those troops as well, all while giving the supporting city the option to pull support whenever they deem necessary.

And finally, I ask this much more serious question... Is a turd in the hand worth two in the bush?
