Buying Cheats

I'm blowing up this forum right now, so I thought I might add one more thing... Our guild has this guy in our area (I won't name names or worlds) that has used medics, power boosts, magic tower erasers, and other magical defenses I've never heard of to field off our attacks. We coordinated attacks to take his main city, and after sending 3 timed scholars, we were unable to send any more (namely a final scholar) attacks because of some magical enchantment he bought down at the PlayMesh liquor store. I realize you guys are running a business and money talks, but this has happened twice already. What gives? Will this guy exist forever as long as his dad's money doesn't run out?
