What's the point of Hiding Place?

I know it's suppose to protect your resources but 10 k protection in comparison to 500k wear house cap is pointless. I wipe my **** with with 10k lol

Should be upgradable to 25 to protect 250k and fill up points to 50k/city

Yes i beleive it should be given a little bit of a boost but 250k is in my opinion outragous alsoif your city was to be capped. Yoink ur enemy has all those in his pocket.
