Possibly stupid idea for a new gamemode

I'm in 539 right now and the 27k barb (in 3 days) made me think of something
What if a new world was introduced as a sort of King of the hill game, where the goal was to control as many special cities as possible.
Nerds would lower much less loyalty, or it could work like the new barbs. After awhile a new city would be put down and then the fight for that one would start. Valor used to have fun little things like that so why not this?
This could be an idiotic idea, I'm just expanding this off the top of my head, I don't know. Opinions?
