There is a glitch that after I upgrade my hiding place the link in the city hall disappears! Help fix this plz. Anyone else have issues post em here

Yup & lots of delay

Some of my maxed out towns show a random lv hiding place even tho it's maxed out... If u click on it, it reflects the correct lv but graphic is incorrect
