Cant find city overview

Post here any ideas or suggestions you have for improving Valor.

Cant find city overview

The city overview is supposed to be one of the first things you see in setting right? For me it doesn't give me that choice. What's wrong with this thing?

First you press Help: General, Buildings, then Point Overview.
