Pub, tavern , or brewery

I think this game needs a pub, tavern, or brewery element in it. I think it would transition seamlessly and easily. You could have it directly affect troop morale. If a city has a good pub (i.e. high level), then the morale of the troops would go up at a faster rate (standard 3% per hour for high level tavern). The ability to construct a tavern would be directly related to the level of the farm for producing hops and barley. I'm sure there are other scenarios that may make a pub or tavern element work even better than it does in my proposal. Thoughts?

Town Plaza in my opinion would be something of value. There you can decide to have festival that would affect the luck of the troops for only the next battle.
