One would think that after all of the complaints about the city scroll bar - any new update would not remove it. Again this new release sucks. Give us the option to go back!
I support you guys with real money. When you do something like this - again!!! I can't justify paying money to play!

Do a force quit on the app and restart. You top bar will go back to normal.

...and I would add.. Do a quick scanning of the topic in the forum, this qstn have been asked and answered too many times now...
