All Scholarship button

Would it be possible to have a button that would purchase all scholarships? It would make managing worlds with 100's of cities a lot easier if you want to just jump in to purchase scholarships quickly.

Wow, valor gods, doesn't this sound like something that has be brought up before.....
Maybe just maybe this should be a sticky topic . Right there on top of the idea and suggestions forum.
Or wait how about working to add it to the game and save us all time.

Add to that a button which shows you where all your scholars are
