Restricted Guild Forum

It would be really helpful to have a guild forum section that can be restricted according to rank.

This would allow senior ranking members a better way to communicate as a group about guild strategies before announcing to the entire guild.

I agree this would be a useful feature communicating with my guild is a bit difficult so I have to invent interactive threads xP
