A delete option for troops

We need a delete option for troops we don't need or want anymore

In the old world this had been suggested because barbs were empty and only had a wall to run into. Now we have these barbs that regenerate troops.

Want to kill off a few hundred troops at a time. Set the desired amount of troops to be killed on a crash course to a barb close by.
