I've stated playing this game since 03/03 .btill now , when I want to send resource , it tell me wait 14 days .

Did you join a new world? It's 14 days since you join a specific world.

You have to wait 14 days in each world. Even if you have been playing for 2 months, and you join a new world you have to wait 14 days. Only for that world though.
