Outside of looking cool is there any bonus to having fortresses compared to keeps?

40 thousand points ? in one city ? means that you maxed out your building level ?
isnt it a waste to farm capacities ?

That's why I don't have any fortresses I want as many troops as possible but if there's a bonus to having a fortress I'll have to rethink everything

You grow faster. I max everything. 162 cities currently with 2 cities with loyalty below 10 with scholars en route and am above 7,000,000 because of maxing. I prefer points over troops because I have so many cities I can afford more troops lost per city.

i see, so there is no point on getting fortress..
