Educatable Scholar Limit

Took a city that had 12 Scholars that the player sent out (supporting) to protect. Once city was taken, Scholars you can educate limit dropped to -12, which is correct and expected. However, I lost the city 5 minutes later to another player and the scholars you can educate remained at -12. Retook and lost city again all within an hour. Now scholars you can educate limit is at -25, even though I do not have any scholars. Game is not subtracting scholars "captured" only adding them.

This is an issue that is currently being looked into.

The scholar count should reset itself for a couple hours.

If it doesn't please contact our support team so they can look into it further.
