Guild warlord conquered

When I get scholars I know the exact city I want to conquer. He is a guild warlord too. He is powerful but me and my very big guild can take him out, he has about 2 good guild-mates and the rest are inactive. I don't want to start a big guild war (even though I'll win). So what would happen to his guild if I conquer him???

Warlord title is recycled to someone else in his guild. I think it's random, but may be on pts or activity. Most likely to someone that isn't as key to his guild as he is.

If you conqurer a guild leader aka warlord, the guild will remain in tact and the player will retain the warlord status but will not have any cities left.
The warlord title will likely go to the remaining player with the highest points. The guild it's self will remain unchanged.
