I just had to abandon my city in world 29 and now I can't access my mail to talk to my friends is there a way to get them back?

I don't actually know but send a request to playmesh.
For support in game, please go to:
Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon
For support outside of the game, please go to:
