Hi there, my iPhone was stolen from me on Tuesday. Apart from the anger and being only half a person, I also couldn't play anymore. Today I got my new phone and was very anxious to get back into the game BUT! All my data seems to have been deleted?! All I see is a new world, not even my name comes up anymore, I'm Lord xvz again.
There must be a way to restore my settings and worlds to the new phone - please help! Thanks

A transfer would be required on your new device.
On your NEW device (the device you want to transfer your account to),
>Go to the Settings menu in the Valor app
>Press the "Transfer Account" tab
>Enter the email address of the account you used to validate your OLD account
>Press the "Transfer" button
>Go to your email address and click the link that will transfer your old account to your new device.
If this doesn't work for you please contact the support team.
