Chosing Worlds

I'm currently in world 69. And I want to go to a new world and get a new city. I tried going to world 74, but it was full, but world 75 isn't appearing. At least, the list of worlds says there're 75 worlds so I assume there's an error.

Actually the procedure of joining the worlds is that,one worlds open for a time and then it gets closed when it is full,at this point only world 75 is open,all previous worlds are closed,you can't enter them by any means.
