Action Was Gone / Automatically Cancelled

Some of us are having the problem now... Assigned certain action, such as sending attacks, supports, creating new scholars, etc. But the refresh button rotating awhile, then all the action was gone!!! Like you never do that before!!!

I've seen a few mentions of this recently. I've reported this particular issue to the proper team so they can check it out.
